Przedmiotem przetargu jest wynajem powierzchni reklamowych fullback na pojazdach używanych przez PKM Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Tychach w komunikacji miejskiej, na zasadach szczegółowo opisanych w ogłoszeniu o przetargu oraz Załączniku nr 1 do ogłoszenia (opis przedmiotu zamówienia). Wykaz pojazdów, na których możliwy będzie wynajem powierzchni reklamowej określa załącznik nr 3a oraz załącznik nr 3b do ogłoszenia. Uczestnik może wybrać najem powierzchni reklamowych na pojazdach wskazanych w załączniku 3a i/lub 3b do ogłoszenia (jeden lub dwa pakiety wskazane w formularzu ofertowym).
