1. Postępowanie prowadzone jest wyłącznie za pośrednictwem Bazy Konkurencyjności:

2. W postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia wszelka komunikacja pomiędzy Zamawiającym a Wykonawcami, w szczególności składanie ofert, oświadczeń, wniosków, zawiadomień, wyjaśnień, dokumentów oraz przekazywanie wszelkich informacji, odbywa się wyłącznie za pośrednictwem Bazy Konkurencyjności.
3. Platforma zakupowa Zamawiającego służy wyłącznie do zamieszczenia niniejszej informacji. Postępowanie nie jest prowadzone za jej pośrednictwem.
4. Przekazanie przez Wykonawcę jakichkolwiek oświadczeń, ofert, wniosków, zawiadomień, wyjaśnień, dokumentów lub informacji za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej Zamawiającego lub w inny sposób niż za pośrednictwem Bazy Konkurencyjności uznaje się za nieskuteczne i nie wywołuje skutków prawnych wobec Zamawiającego.
5. Zamawiający nie będzie monitorował ani udzielał odpowiedzi na korespondencję kierowaną za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej w związku z niniejszym postępowaniem.
